Warranty Void for Unauthorized Sellers:
Due to our inability to control the handling, storage, and quality assurance of products sold by unauthorized third parties, the Manufacturer’s Warranty is VOID for any product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Specific Quality Controls:
Our authorized partners are required to adhere to strict quality control guidelines that include:
1. Temperature-controlled storage. Authorized sellers must store Klone products in facilities that maintain the product’s required temperature range and protect inventory from heat exposure during storage and fulfillment.
2. Lot-code tracking and recall support. Authorized sellers must preserve Klone lot codes and maintain purchase, inventory, and fulfillment records sufficient to identify affected inventory and customers in the event of a safety notice, quality investigation, or recall.
3. Anti-counterfeit inspection. Authorized sellers must verify product packaging, labeling, lot codes, and other designated authenticity features upon receipt and before fulfillment, and must quarantine products with missing, altered, duplicate, or suspicious identifiers.
4. Hygiene and tamper-evident seal verification. Authorized sellers must inspect products for intact original seals and packaging and must not sell products with broken, replaced, damaged, or otherwise compromised tamper-evident features as new.
Products sold by unauthorized sellers on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart are considered "materially different" from our genuine products because they lack this warranty protection and quality assurance.
